The goal of this section is to provide you with a
list of introductory books on the subjects of binge
eating,
emotional intelligence and coaching, food and
exercise.
The
book list is intentionally brief, as the purpose is
to form a basic framework of understanding from
which to grow.
As you travel on the journey of
emotional healing, with the result of freeing
yourself from binge eating, the framework will
enable you to organize your experiences, emotional
victories and insights into a meaningful pattern.
Educating yourself into knowing what you are looking
