Yoga is therapeutic. It helps you to become more aware of your body's posture, alignment and patterns of movement. Through increased awareness and acceptance of your body you will be able to remain calm even in the midst of a stress stricken environment. Greater physical strength will enable you to stay energetic and accomplish more without ending up feeling spent at the end of the day.

Regular practice of Asanas (Yoga Postures), Pranayama (Breath Control) and Meditation also assist with recovery from physical ailments such as Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Arthritis and Asthma.

Through the practice of yoga, your will realize the unity of your emotional, mental and physical selves. By healing any one of the three, you promote the healing of your own totality.
